The conductive ESD PET Release Film is made by Evervictory Acutech Corporation`s proprietary ICP surfacing technology with absolutely zero loading of carbon black and surfactants. Unlike most PET release films currently available in the market, EAC`s ESD PET release film offer exceptional ESD protection in Thermal Pressing/AutoClave Cladding/Laminating as well as peeling.

This ESD properties are ideal for modern PCB/FPC/RFID production processes. Our ESD PET Release offers superb protection against tribocharging even at low temperatures and low RH levels. Free of contaminants, such as sloughing-off of carbon particles and migrated/aggregated hygroscopic surfactant molecules, the resultant ESD PET Release Film complies with EIA S541 standards and exceed IEC 61340-5-1 specifications and EOS/ESD S20.20 requirements. This conductive ESD PET release is well suited for spacer tape and carrier application. The spacer tape can be applied in TCP (Tape Carrier Packaging) and COF (Chip on Film) IC packaging utilizing FPC (flexible printed circuit) film as the medium for packaging IC chips. Examples include LCD driver IC packaging, printer head IC packaging, the fingerprint sensor IC packaging, the MEMS based medical device packaging including MEMS microphone, hearing aid, blood glucose sensor IC, RFID module, and other bio-electrical IC packaging. In addition, our ESD PET release film has the following distinct advantages:

1.  Using our ESD PET Release, the electrostatic build-up due to tribocharging is suppressed almost completely.
2. Your device is guarded against ESD/EOS at all conditions including hot pressing, autoclave cladding and laminating, and peeling
3. The ESD PET Release work well with dry film photoresist processes.
4. We can provide ESD PET Release on both sides giving process advantages, meaning ESD protection and excellent release on both sides through out your applications.
5. Our ESD PET Release has excellent Scuff Resistance and Anti-scratch properties so that your electrostatic sensitive device is well guarded, and
6. The ESD PET Release is slightly haze, meaning that your devices can be visually inspected and received directly as is, giving processing advantages; and
